LH50/LH500-M laser heads are an ideal tool in combination with our fiber coupled diode laser for all application involving laser material processing, such as laser hardening, laser plastic welding and laser soldering.

The laser head is optionally equipped with a digital pyrometer and a video camera. The pyrometer and video camera are coaxially projected into the path of the laser beam by beam splitters. The video camera is mounted flexible and can be adjusted to acuity even if the laser process is done out of lense focus.

In the LH500-M, air or water can be used to control the temperature of the laser head by an integrated heat sink. Process gas can also be supplied via a separate connector.
